Our Team

Our team is made up of consultants, data analysts, pension and benefits administrators, accountants and support staff focused on making sure that plan members understand the benefits that their unions have negotiated on their behalf. We are problem solvers, we like figuring out the pieces of the problem and then finding solutions. Our staff share a passion for working with numbers and with people. They are mathematicians, gamers, cyclists, skiers, hikers, cooks and friends.

What We Do and How We Work

At Bilsland Griffith Benefit Administrators (BG) we are committed to helping people understand what may appear to be complex information. We will make it understandable. That means being purposeful in both what we undertake and how we work. Our clients choose us because of our people and the care and attention we take – we have built an enviable reputation in the benefits administration industry.

Location

Our office space is bright with a view of Vancouver and the North Shore mountains. On a sunny day staff can be found having lunch outside on our large patio. We are located in Burnaby, near Brentwood Mall, with restaurants and shopping, as well as the Millennium line Skytrain close by.

Who We Are Looking For?

We want to grow our team and are looking for those who have worked as pension or benefits administrators and data analysts. You may just be graduating with a degree in mathematics, computer science, data analytics or administration and if so we want to hear from you.
