Rachel McGinley is a Team Lead at Bilsland Griffith Benefit Administrators. She graduated from the South East Technological University in Ireland where she completed her undergraduate degree in Law. She has been working in the financial industry since 2015. Throughout her career, Rachel has worked in both the pension industry and public practice accounting. Her responsibilities at BG include overseeing the day-to-day administration for a large multi-employer negotiated cost target benefit pension plan and a related health and welfare plan. Rachel has completed her qualified financial advisor exams and professional accounting exams. She has experience in developing and maintaining good client relationships in medium to large sized enterprises along with a large scale of corporate environments. She has several years of pension administration experience on defined contribution plans for corporate clients as well as compliance and annual financial statement reporting.
