Barb Bilsland President
Barb Bilsland is President of Bilsland Griffith Benefit Administrators. Prior to opening the business with Stephanie, Barb was a Principal at the Vancouver office of a global pension and benefits consulting firm, where she led the outsourcing/administration practice and represented the practice for business development opportunities.
Barb graduated from the University of Victoria and from BCIT’s human resources technology program and has worked in the pension and benefits industry for the past 18 years. Barb is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute.
Stephanie Griffith Executive Vice-President
Stephanie Griffith is the Executive Vice President of Bilsland Griffith Benefit Administrators. Prior to starting the operations of BG, Stephanie was a Principal at the Vancouver office of a global pension and benefits consulting firm, where she was responsible for providing high level administration consulting services to negotiated cost multi employer pension and benefit plans.
Stephanie graduated from McMaster University and has been in the pension and benefits industry for more than 16 years. Stephanie is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute.
